While I have touched on it in the past the reality is that I have never really dove in depth into what you should be eating when you are trying to avoid the build up of cellulite on your body. For that reason this post will be about an anti cellulite diet and its really just a collection of different tips and tricks from around the web. Be advised that before starting any kind of diet you should always check with a doctor as that is the best way to ensure your long term health and safety. Now for those of you that think this is going to be some sort of scientific break through in regards to getting rid of cellulite its really not. Rather this is going to help you by formulating an anti cellulite diet plan so that you may help yourself from getting it in the future, and help you get rid of it today. The reality however is that it is entirely basic information because at the end of the day dieting is not rocket science it just takes a whole lot of will power and determination. So whats the first thing that you should avoid? Thats simple actually, you should not be eating anything fried. I won’t give you an exhaustive list but we all know whats out there, french fries, fried oreos, fried zuchini balls, etc. etc. My mouth waters just thinking about eating one of those things but at the end of the day we have to make choices, whats more important? A piece of fried fish or a cellulite free pair of thighs? The choice is truly yours.

In addition to avoid greasy fried foods (which include fast food) its also important that you cut back on alcohol and tobacco consumption.
